GENERAL

  • For sales enquiries and customer care, kindly email us at hello@zenly.com.sg.
  • Our office hours are Mondays to Fridays – 9AM to 5PM, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • All transactions (emails and payment verifications) will be attended within 1 to 2 working days.
  • Please refrain from sending us multiple emails within 2 working days, as your email will be further pushed up and it will take us longer to respond to you. Rest assure that we will get back to you as soon as possible.


PURCHASE & DELIVERY (Read in detail here)

  • You will need to register with us by creating an account on our website in order to place an order.
  • Kindly ensure that you have selected the correct item(s) in the correct colour/size prior to checking out. Zenly will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable in the event that the wrong colour/size are selected, or if duplicated orders are placed.
  • Kindly ensure that the full and correct address is stated, including your contact number. Orders with incomplete or incorrect information may result in lost or delayed delivery. Zenly will not be responsible in the event the customer provided incomplete or incorrect address.
  • In the event when no one is around to accept the delivery, a redelivery will be arranged. Please note that redelivery is subjected to charges and based on available delivery schedule.
  • All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 to 4 working days (unless otherwise stated) upon verification of payment. Delivery is carried out during working hours, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Zenly reserves the right to accept or reject any order(s).


PAYMENT (Read in detail here)

  • All prices shown and charged are inclusive of GST and are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
  • We accept all major credit cards made through PayPal and Internet Banking (please note that we do not accept payments via ATM transfer).
  • All payments have to be made within 24 hours of confirmation of order. Orders will be automatically cancelled without prior notification in the event that the payment is not received within the given time frame.
  • Payment via PayPal:
    • You do not need a PayPal account to make a payment.
    • Rest assured that PayPal’s security automatically encrypts your confidential information.
    • Please ensure that you reach the PayPal gateway page via the Zenly website. This is to ensure that your payment is received and updated successfully in our system.
  • Payment via Internet Banking:
    • For interbank transfer, please ensure you select the FAST option.
    • After submission of payment, please submit your Internet Banking nickname and other payment details through our Bank Transfer Form for payment verification.
    • Our bank account details: UOB account 919-343-305-3.
  • Please note that by adding item(s) into your cart does not signify you have successfully purchased the item(s). Item(s) is only secured upon submission of payment.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS (Read in detail here)

  • We only accept exchanges/returns on our regular priced products.
  • All exchanges/returns requests have to be emailed to us within 7 working days from the date of delivery. Returned item(s) has to reach us within 5 working days upon receiving an acknowledgement email from us. Returned of bulky items will be advised in the email.
  • All exchanged/returned items must be in its original condition – clothes products have to be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tag intact; other products to have its label intact. Items that do not fulfil the criteria will be rejected.
  • Customer will have to bear all shipping charges involved in the exchange/return.
  • Depending on circumstances, you may be allowed to exchange to another item. However, do note that the exchanged items will have to be of an equal or higher value than the original item, and you will be required to top up the differences. There will be no refund of the balance if the value of exchanged item is lower than the original item.
  • We apologize that we are unable to accept any exchanges/returns on sale items and skincare products unless it is a defective/damaged item (subjected to approval).
  • In the event of any defective or wrong item sent, kindly email us with a snapshot or video of the item. We will follow up with you via email.
  • Do kindly seek our confirmation prior to returning your item(s). Please do not send the item(s) back on your own accord.


DISCOUNT CODES / VOUCHERS

  • If you have a discount code, please ensure to input the code before checking out for them to be valid. No refunds will be made for orders where the discount code is not entered at the point of purchase.
  • Discount codes may or may not come with an expiry date. This will be informed accordingly.
  • Discount codes are strictly non-extensible.
  • Orders placed using discount codes are not applicable for exchange and returns.
