What file format can I use?
We only accept image formats in .jpg and .jpeg.
Please try your best to send us a photo with high resolution, preferably 300dpi (dots per inch). The higher the resolution, the sharper and prettier your prints will be. Don't worry if you're not sure about the image resolution. We'll check the quality of the image prior to printing. If the resolution is insufficient, we'll contact you to discuss.

Our production takes about 7 - 10 working days upon order confirmation.
